My Story

Cancer has been something that has affected my life in many ways since being a young lad. Losing one of my best friends at 18, to it taking my Grandad in his early 70’s and now at 38 years old myself knowing people around my age with cancers; it affects my life in the same way it always has by making me feel helpless towards those who suffer from it, whether close to me or not, for which I can do very little. This opportunity allows me to fight back, in however much I can raise, to make that fight possible.

The firm I work for, Markland Hill Wealth, has selected North West Cancer Research as our charity of the year to support, and I was keen to hear about the various challenges that I could get involved with…

I'm taking on a SHARK DIVE in aid of North West Cancer Research, a local Charity supporting cancer research right here in our region, focussing on the cancers that affect us most in the North West and North Wales. 

Support me as I get up close and cage-free with Europe's largest collection of sharks and raise funds for life-saving, local research.
